One live view of inventory and assets across plants, yards, and warehouses.
Automatic reads replace clipboards and keystrokes, so records match the floor.
Cut the hours spent searching, counting, and reconciling.
Know who moved what, when, and where, with a full history for every item.
The problem
Containers, racks, and parts get misplaced and become expensive to find or replace.
Cycle counts and audits pull people off productive work for days at a time.
Plant-to-plant shipments arrive late, short, or with the wrong paperwork.
Decisions are made on yesterday’s spreadsheet instead of what is on the floor now.
A missing part or tool turns into unplanned production downtime.
Invoices and transfer documents are typed, checked, and re-keyed manually.
The platform
Tagged items report location continuously as they move through your sites.
Shipments are recorded as they leave and arrive, with no manual entry.
Inventory stays accurate on its own, so full counts become the exception.
Pinpoint the zone, dock, or building where an asset was last seen.
Clear views of stock, movement, and exceptions for every team.
Billing documents generate from verified movement data.
A tamper-evident trail that makes compliance reviews straightforward.
Syncs with ERP, WMS, and other business systems you already run.
How it works
Attach RFID smart labels to the inventory, containers, and assets you care about.
Readers and gateways record every movement automatically, without line of sight.
Transfers, receipts, and invoices are created from real events, not data entry.
Dashboards and reports turn movement data into decisions about stock and capacity.
Choosing the right tag
Each tag carries its own battery and broadcasts its signal, giving long read ranges. Best for high-value assets, returnable containers, and anything that moves across large yards or between sites.
Battery-free tags draw power from the reader’s signal. They are low cost, thin, and long-lived, ideal for tagging high volumes of parts, cartons, and work-in-process at read points.
The basics
RFID asset tracking puts a small radio tag on each item you want to follow. Readers and gateways placed around your facilities detect those tags automatically as items move, then send the reads to software that shows where everything is and how it got there. Unlike barcodes, nobody has to find the item and scan it by hand, and tags can be read through packaging and without a direct line of sight.
Results
Most manufacturers see a return on their investment within the first year.
